SENIOR ENGINEER: CIVIL
One Position Available

Job Responsibilities: Supervise civil project and team of designers and CADD operators.  Responsible for design and production of site plans and subdivisions.  Coordinate activities of personnel in the production of site plans, subdivisions, construction improvement plans including but not limited to: sewer collection systems, water distribution systems, roads design, entrance design, stormwater management, erosion and sediment control, design computation and reports, traffic analysis, lighting and landscaping plans, and related agency requirements.  Track project progress, prepare schedules and cost estimates, prepare proposals for engineering services. Interviewing, hiring, and training of engineering support personnel.

Minimum Qualifications: Bachelors degree from an ABET accredited university in civil engineering, Delaware Professional Engineer license or registration in neighboring state with the ability to obtain a Delaware license within six months.  Minimum ten to fifteen years of demonstrably relevant, progressively responsible experience in subdivision / land development engineering.  Ten years experience as a professional engineer with at least five years as a professional engineer in a position of project manager, associate, or higher.  Expert in all aspects of subdivision design and related design analysis and computations, expertise with HydroCADD (TR-55, TR-20, rational method) required.  Expertise in traffic analysis at the project level and road/entrance design required.  Expertise with grading, drainage, and all aspects of stormwater management required.

PROJECT SURVEYOR
Two Positions Available

Qualifications; Maryland or Delaware PLS required. Pennsylvania and / or Virginia licenses are a plus. Will consider a candidate with a four year degree in land surveying or related science/engineering discipline with GPA of 3.0 or better and four years of relevant experience provided candidate has been accepted to take the exam in Maryland or Delaware and obtains license in one year. Minimum of 5 years of property line and field surveying experience. Minimum of 2 years experience in subdivision design. GPS experience a plus. Position offers mixed field (Party Chief) and office work, plus supervision of crews and training of field personnel.

REGIONAL OFFICE MANAGER / SURVEY MANAGER
One Position Available

Delaware licensed professional land surveyor to assist with Delaware survey projects and management of crews.  Current DE PLS or ability to obtain within six months a must.  Ten years relevant experience including at least three years of office experience as office / survey manager.  Assist Director of Operations with supervision of crews, boundary surveys, ALTA - ACSM surveys, preparation of plans and reports for subdivisions and site plans.  Licensure in PA, MD, VA & NJ a plus.
